
HSA Translation uses a five-stage process to offer the most secure and well-documented translation process available:
Receipt
The HSA Translation office receives the document and verifies that the order information is accurate. The office begins the translation process, in most cases providing a turnaround of under seven business days.
Contact
HSA Translation contacts a Harvard-trained translator who has demonstrated native fluency in the language of the document. The translator schedules a time during which he or she will translate the document.
Translation
The translator completes the translation within the specified time horizon and collaborates fully with the client and the HSA Translation team in order to ensure accuracy and quality.
Certification
The HSA Translation manager brings the original document and translated document for legalization and certification. The translation is now a certified document that is recognized by all U.S. Government agencies and universities.
Dispatch
The HSA Translation manager places the original document, translation, and supporting documentation into an envelope and mails the package directly to the destination(s) of your choice.
