Can I send my order as a gift?

You can! Please note in the Special Instructions field during check out that you would like your order to be shipped as a gift order. You may include a gift message of up to 500 characters, and we will include a gift packing slip that does not list prices.

How do I proceed through the check out process?

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the "Check Out" button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

What is a fulfillment address?

The fulfillment address is your shipping address. If you have an international address, it is very helpful if you rewrite your address in the Special Instructions field during check out.

Can you ship your products anywhere?

Unfortunately, rules set forth by Harvard University do not allow us to ship our products to Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Spain, Andorra, or Portugal.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept any cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo.

How do I cancel an order or return or exchange an item?

E-mail us at orders@theharvardshop.com, letting us know that you will be returning an item. Then, ship the item with your receipt to 52 JFK Street, Cambridge, MA 02138, USA.

How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

You must enter it on the Shopping Bag page. Once you click "Apply," the discount will be applied immediately and the changes will be reflected in your order total.
