Advanced Mixology Course HSA’s Advanced Mixology Course is a four-hour supplement to our popular basic Harvard Bartending Course. The course is devoted to more advanced drink mixing and practice in real-life bartending situations. Hands-on training! Note that you must complete the mixology portion of the Harvard Bartending Course, or have equivalent experience, in order to enroll in the Advanced Mixology Course.
