Cancellation: After registering and paying in full for the Harvard Student Resources SAT SOS Test Preparation Course (“course”), if you cancel within seventy-two (72) hours of the beginning of the course for which you are registered, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your registration payment refund. If the course for which you are registered is cancelled by Harvard Student Resources due to circumstances outside of its control (i.e., inclement weather or instructor illness), you will be automatically rescheduled for the next available course at no additional charge.
Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule, you must notify Harvard Student Resources in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours before the beginning of the course for which you are registered in order to avoid incurring a rescheduling fee. If you reschedule within seventy-two (72) hours of the beginning of the course for which you are registered, a $30 rescheduling fee will be assessed. In the event that you wish to reschedule within seventy-two (72) hours of the beginning of the course for which you are registered due to a health or family emergency, you must provide written documentation evidencing the emergency in order to be able to reschedule at no additional charge.
