How often do you deliver water jugs?
We deliver your water cooler and initial order of water jugs during the first week of either summer session. Deliveries are then made every other week based on the dates you choose when ordering refill jugs.
What's the easiest way to order water?
Online ordering is fast and easy, providing you with flexibility and convenience.
Do I have to order water every month?
No. You only have to order as much water as you would like. There is no minimum or maximum number of jugs required for each order.
I ran out of water between deliveries. What should I do?
We have a limited quantity of jugs in the office that are available between deliveries. However, to prevent running out of water, we recommend over-ordering at the beginning and gauging how quickly the water is used.
