How soon can I pick up my order?
If you place an order on or after Monday, it will be available for pickup on Monday of the following week. We do not process orders on weekends. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be ready on the second Monday.
What about long weekends and holidays?
If you are unsure when exactly your order will be available for pickup, you can always refer to our Order Availability Schedule.
Do I have to order products every week?
No. There is no minimum or maximum number of orders required.
Can Harvard University graduate students order from The HSA Store?
Any Harvard student can order from the HSA Store, but all of the current pickup locations are in Harvard College Houses or at HSA Rentals.
How do HSA Store Gift Certificates work?
You can purchase an HSA Store Gift Certificate for a friend, family member, anyone you want! Some customers even purchase them for themselves. Once purchased, each gift certificate works just like the ones you're probably used to. Use it online for any HSA Store product you wish, as many times as you want, until the balance reaches zero. Remember, HSA Store Gift Certificates are not promotional codes. You will enter your gift certificate code, starting with GIFTCERT, on the checkout payment page.
