What if my roommate and I order the same product?
If you find that you both you and your roommate rented the same item, HSA Rentals offers a week-long grace period. Please notify us within one week of receiving your items to have the duplicate picked up and your account credited.
When can I expect my items to be delivered?
Deliveries are made during the first week of either summer session.
Do you deliver all the items you rent?
No. We deliver everything free of charge except 20" Box Fans, 13" Color TVs, and VCR/DVD Players. Those items can be picked up at 17 Holyoke Street.
Do I have to be in my room for the items to be delivered?
No. We have access to all the dorm rooms.
When will I get my deposit back?
We issue deposit refunds within two weeks of your returning your rentals, as long as the items are returned in the same condition as when they were rented.
How do you refund my deposit?
If you placed your order with a credit card, we will issue the refund to the same card. If you paid by cash or check, we will send a check to the billing address you provided within a month of your returning the items.
