The HSA management experience is the best business preparation available to Harvard undergraduates. Management positions pay from $10,000 to $15,000 per year and have a time commitment of 20 hours per week during the academic year and 40 hours per week during the summer (except Harvard Distribution Services, which has no summer commitment). Managers are hired in the fall and train for three months before officially starting in February and working for one year.
