"I can’t think of a better way to acquire real business experience as a Harvard undergraduate."
- Thomas Dingman,
Dean of Freshmen

At HSA, we are very aware of the need to have a positive balance between work and academics. A typical day at HSA consists of attending classes in the morning and early afternoon, working at HSA later in the afternoon, then doing homework and social activities in the evening. HSA is full of highly-motivated people who take pride in balancing all of the different aspects of life at Harvard. Most managers also find that HSA actually helps to add structure to their schedules.

If you would like to hear more about how HSA employees balance their time between work and academics, please feel free to contact the President, Vice President, or anyone on the management team.
