"I can’t think of a better way to acquire real business experience as a Harvard undergraduate."
- Thomas Dingman,
Dean of Freshmen

Being part of the management team is a comprehensive work experience, which means HSA can be the right place for almost any student. Members of the HSA team come from a wide range of academic interests and extracurricular activities. Even if you are unsure of what you want to do after college – most students are – the skills you develop at HSA can help you wherever you find yourself after college. Whether you’re interested in the sciences or the humanities, involved in a sport or a cultural organization, students who have worked at HSA are able to take what they learn here and apply it in virtually any setting.

While running your own business might seem intimidating at first, HSA is the first exposure many of us had to any business setting. No prior work experience is necessary to work at HSA – all you need to succeed is a desire to learn.
