The Cronin Center for Enterprise is dedicated to inspiring entrepreneurship throughout the Harvard community. The director dedicates the Center’s resources to educational forums and career development programs that spur undergraduates' interest in business. These include monthly workshops with local business leaders, and the annual Business Leadership Program.

The Director / Assistant Director will gain valuable experience planning large and powerful events, marketing the Center’s activities, speaking and conversing with prominent businesspeople and recruiters, and motivating students to act on their entrepreneurial instincts.

As a Director / Assistant Director of CCFE you will:

• Be a leading voice for entrepreneurship on campus
• Plan a variety of events, ranging from small monthly Flying High workshops to the famous Business Leadership Program
• Create a business plan and budget and use financial statements to make concrete business decisions
• Innovate to design new events and new methods of promoting entrepreneurship on campus
• Converse extensively with prominent businesspeople, HBS professors, representatives from the Office of Career Services, and Harvard recruiters
