

Karl McElligott brings more than fifteen years of food and beverage experience to the Harvard Bartending Course. He grew up working in bars in Ireland and is currently the Senior Restaurant Manager at the Boston Newton Marriott hotel. He has a love for all things bartending. Karl is our head instructor of mixology.

Adam has been bartending for over ten years. He started his career as a doorman at Chi-Chi's in Framingham, Massachusetts and rose through the ranks to become Head Bartender. After six years at Chi-Chi's, he was hired as Head Bartender for Pizzeria Uno's in Harvard Square. He is responsible for training new managers in bartending procedures and policies.
Adam has instructed the Harvard Bartending Course for over eight years. He has taught over 2,000 people the art of responsible alcohol service. He has been named National Trainer of the Quarter by TIPS and has been positively reviewed by the Boston Herald and Wall Street Journal.
