Harvard Bartending Course Cancellation Policies

After signing up and paying for the course, if you decide not to take the course a $95 cancellation fee will be subtracted from your refund if you purchased both days of the course. Similarly, a $50 cancellation fee will be subtracted if you purchased only one day of the course.

If a change is made within a week of the course, a $25 rescheduling fee applies.

If a student wishes to change their course date, this must be done 72 hours prior to the beginning of the course. After this point no course date changes will be accepted without official documentation of an illness, bereavement or other unforeseen circumstance (Doctor’s Note, Death Certificate, etc.). Of course, in these situations, the rescheduling fee will be waived.

If the course is cancelled due to inclement weather, instructor illness, etc. your tuition will be transferred to the next course you can attend.

If a student sleeps through their course, they can take an upcoming course for $50.
