Important Information:
Final designs should be submitted in PDF format to
ShuttleAds@hsa.net. Large files should be submitted using
TransferBIGFiles.com to ShuttleAds@hsa.net. Letter-sized advertisements should be laid out in portrait orientation. Tabloid advertisements should be laid out in landscape orientation. Posters are placed inside the shuttles every weekday. Materials must be received two business days prior to the date of requested posting in the shuttles.
Terms & Conditions:
Advertisements may only be submitted by Harvard affiliates. HDS reserves the right to decline the request to place any submitted advertisement. Please note that Harvard Distribution Services is not responsible for damage done to shuttle advertisements, or the removal of advertisements, by a third party.
