HSA Graphic Design uses a five-stage process to offer the most secure and well-documented professional design process available:

Receipt

The HSA Graphic Design office receives the design request and verifies that the order information is accurate. The office begins the design process, in most cases providing a turnaround of under seven business days.

Contact

HSA Graphic Design contacts a Harvard student graphic designer who has a portfolio with a focused background in the category of the client's order. The designer schedules a time during which he or she will work on the project.

Design

The designer completes the work within the specified time horizon and collaborates fully with the client and the HSA Graphic Design team in order to ensure accuracy and quality. The designer will create at least two designs for the client to choose from for finalization.

Verification

The HSA Graphic Design manager will e-mail at least two watermarked versions of the designs to the client. The client will have the option to resubmit one of the designs up to three times in order to request specific, detailed changes. If the client is not satisfied with the final product, the designer will work with the client until a satisfactory design is created.

Return

Once the client is fully satisfied with his or her new design, the HSA Graphic Design manager will e-mail the final design, unmarked. The design now becomes the property of the client. Print versions of all produced designs may be mailed directly to the destination of the client's choice upon request.
