How much laundry can I fit in one HSA Cleaners laundry bag?
Each bag holds about twenty pounds at a maximum. That's a lot of laundry, but we typically recommend the Standard Laundry Plan, which includes two bags of laundry per week. Our customers usually find that twenty pounds builds up fast.
What if my clothes have special laundering needs?
Not a problem. Please let us know any special laundry needs either by calling, e-mailing, or typing them at the checkout page in the special instructions box.
Are there washing machines on campus for students to use?
Yes. However, not all dorms have washing machines. Also, we can tell you from experience that lugging your laundry to find a laundry room with no available washers or dryers can be mind-numbingly frustrating. With our plans, you'll never have to worry about having clean clothes.
Do I need a plan to use the services of HSA Cleaners?
No. However, we highly recommend purchasing one of our plans. They offer the convenience of never having to pay at our store and save you money over our normal walk-in rates. However, we do offer our services at a walk-in rate.
When can I drop off my laundry bags?
Our 17 Holyoke Street location is open from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Saturdays. Our convenient depots are open from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Our weeks run from Monday to Saturday. If two bags are dropped off on Saturday as part of a Standard Laundry Plan, the next drop-off day will be the following Monday.
